Oklahoma Mr. Leather 2011
Jerry Straley

Jerry Straley has been active in the leather community since 1989. He has won several titles including Southeastern Wisconsin Mr. Leather 1999, Tulsa Eagle Mr. Leather 2009, and Tulsa Mr. Leather 2010. He was first runner-up to Larry Everett at the Tulsa Mr. Leather contest in 1995. Larry went on to win International Mr. Leather that year. In October 2010, Jerry won the title as the state’s twenty-second Oklahoma Mr. Leather.

In 2004, Jerry organized the Tulsa Rough Riders, a leather club who brings service to the forefront of its activities both in the leather community as well as the gay community in general. He is a member of the Tulsa Uniform and Leather Seekers Association (T.U.L.S.A.) and an associate member of Oberons of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Argonauts of Green Bay, Wisconsin, and Blue Maxx of St. Louis, Missouri.

He uses his 36 years of welding experience as well has his skills as a leather crafter to make and donate numerous items to charities including fun and serious bondage accessories and furniture. Jerry also uses these skills for his side business, Restraints, Ect.

Jerry and his boy/partner Jace look forward to traveling the country as they serve as ambassadors for the entire Oklahoma leather community.
